By accessing and using SlimPDF ("the Service"), available at slimpdf.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

SlimPDF provides free online tools for processing PDF documents and images, including compression, merging, resizing, and format conversion. All file processing is performed locally in your web browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.

Use of the Service

You may use SlimPDF for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

The SlimPDF name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of SlimPDF. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or website content without permission. The tools themselves use open-source libraries, each governed by their respective licenses.

User Files

You retain full ownership of any files you process using SlimPDF. Since all processing happens in your browser, we never have access to your files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the files you use with our tools.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SlimPDF is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results from the tools will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, file processing results may vary depending on the input file. We recommend verifying the output before relying on it for critical purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlimPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

Advertisements

SlimPDF displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free operation of the Service. Ad content is provided by Google and its partners and is not endorsed by SlimPDF.

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
